Our clinic accepts and bills most major insurance plans and PPOs including United Healthcare, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, UMR, Cigna, WEA, Trilogy and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also accept personal injury, auto accident and worker's compensation claims. 

Our Date-of-Service Discount Policy

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to choose natural healthcare through chiropractic. If you do not have insurance or if you insurance does not cover chiropractic, Grafton Chiropractic Center has established affordable and comprehensive date-of-service discount plans.

• Adult Date-of-Service Discount
  $42.00 for a full-service office visit, which may include a spinal adjustment, heat therapy, exercise sessions, electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, infrared light therapy and traction
   
• Child Date-of-Service Discount
  $15.00 per office visit for all services included in the adult date-of-service discount for children ages 12 and under.
   
• New Patient Discount
  25% reduction in additional charges that may apply for your first examination and necessary x-rays if paid during the initial office visit.
